Evaluation License Agreement

Applies to UCAN-EVAL-… part numbers (no charge).

1. Grant

Licensor grants a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software, with all Add-On Packs enabled (L4 limited to one concurrent instance), for thirty (30) days from key delivery (extensions by written confirmation), solely to evaluate the Software's suitability.

2. Restrictions

Evaluation use excludes: productive or commercial engineering work, certification/conformance campaigns whose results are used commercially, benchmarking published to third parties, and any use beyond the evaluating team.

3. Expiry and data

The Software's licensed features stop at expiry. Projects, traces and scripts created during evaluation are plain files and remain accessible to Licensee; they can be reused seamlessly under a purchased license.

4. No warranty, no support commitment

The Software is provided AS IS for evaluation. Reasonable-effort support is provided at Licensor's discretion. Liability is limited to willful misconduct and gross negligence.

5. AI evaluation

AI capabilities require Licensee's own model endpoint/API key; Addendum A §§ 1–4 apply during evaluation.
